The result of our partnership-based collaboration with the Chinese company NKL Systems is a platform that gives us a possibility to do real-time assembly quality control of smartphones, tablets, IOT-devices and other electronic products on the production line.
During development, the following tasks were solved:
- The testing process was automated to the maximum extent possible;
- Minimize human involvement in testing and decision making;
- Keep track of the full statistics on the results of testing, with a view to making useful management decisions;
- Provide the customer with the opportunity to view the test results online.
